Jay County approves Lifestream reimbursements and $458,456 van purchase

Finally, DeCamp presented a purchase agreement for four new 10‑passenger vans totaling $458,456. The commission approved the purchase agreement by unanimous vote after McGalliard moved and Journay seconded.
The purchases and reimbursements give Lifestream immediate vehicle capacity and operating funds; the board did not attach conditions to the approvals. The commissioners took the actions as routine motions during their regular session and did not request additional documentation beyond the standard claims and purchase paperwork.
