Eufaula board accepts 2024–25 audit and approves financial report, purchase orders

The Eufaula Public Schools Board on Dec. 8 accepted the 2024–2025 audit presented by Jenkins & Kemper, Certified Public Accountants, PC, and approved the district’s financial report and several purchase orders and change orders.
Jenkins & Kemper presented the audit. Jeff Pippenger moved to accept the audit presentation; Martha Asher seconded and the roll-call vote was unanimous. The board separately approved the financial report on a motion by Martha Asher, seconded by Michael Morton, and accepted general fund purchase orders 287–293 (and associated change orders), payroll purchase orders 50199–50205 (and change orders), a building fund change order and sinking fund purchase orders 3–4. Each motion carried by unanimous vote.
The consent agenda approved minutes and district capacity/transfer vacancy reports effective Dec. 1, 2025. The minutes do not include excerpts from the audit document, findings, or any identified material recommendations; the item is recorded as "accept audit presentation" in the meeting record.
