Kenowa Hills board approves technology upgrades, appoints MASB delegate and passes consent items

The board approved recommended network electronics and UPS replacements using $193,057.30 from 2020 bond funds and $346,890.31 in FY25 E-Rate funding (Action Item #25-058). The motion, moved by Member Hart and supported by Member Roberts, passed 6-0.
Board members also voted to appoint Member Courtade as the voting delegate to the 2025 MASB Delegate Assembly with no alternates named; that motion passed 6-0 (Action Item #25-059).
