City engineering said the off‑site grading should be benched rather than a straight 3:1 slope to reduce runoff impacts and that the grading easement must be approved by City Council prior to recording the final plat.
The applicant’s representative, Landon Lisonbee, said the work matches an approved ECP and expected to coordinate with engineering; Brian Rauschner (engineering) recounted prior internal work to determine how the city would procure or approve the easement and said council approval would be tied to final plat recording.
Next steps: Engineering will continue coordination with the developer; the off‑site grading easement will be a condition for final plat approval and must be resolved with council before recording.
