Commissioners approve Idaho Power conditional-use permits and Leaf Ranch agricultural protection area

After Herrick presented the facts and conclusions, Commissioner Neal Thompson moved to approve the facts and conclusions for the three Idaho Power CUPs; Commissioner Katlin Caldwell seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Commissioners then voted unanimously to approve the facts and conclusions for the Leaf Ranch APA designation.
The approvals indicate the planning staff's determinations have been adopted by the board; the minutes do not include detailed permit conditions or maps. Commissioners did not record public comment on these items in the Nov. 10 minutes.
