After brief discussion and a roll‑call vote, the commission approved CU‑2026‑07. Staff will proceed with drafting the permit conditions and guide the applicants through the building‑permit and inspection process.
The approval is limited to the conditions discussed at the hearing, including the stated intent that the accessory dwelling be a primary residence for family members and not a short‑term rental.
