On a separate item, Resolution 7 26‑6 would approve purchase and delivery of commercial kitchen equipment from TriMark USA LLC through the Sourcewell Purchasing Cooperative for $313,450.24 for Hamilton County Parks & Recreation. Director Fultz said the equipment purchase is part of a $1.4 million community block grant and will create a commercial kitchen incubator at Harrison Community Center to support culinary classes with the schools and community events. "Kitchens are not inexpensive," Director Fultz said, describing commercial‑grade ranges, walk‑in refrigeration and other heavy equipment; she offered to forward the detailed equipment list from the packet to any commissioner.
