The Tecumseh City Council unanimously approved permission for improvements to Custer Ide Legion Field and approved its consent agenda at its March 3, 2025 regular meeting.
Councilmember Lorie Topp moved to grant permission for the field improvements provided that any expense to the city must return to the council for approval; Councilmember Brian Britt seconded the motion. The motion carried with five aye votes from Lance Beethe, Brian Britt, Travis Goracke, Tyler Speckmann and Lorie Topp; Alicia Brommer was absent.
The consent agenda, moved by Topp and seconded by Lance Beethe, included approval of the Feb. 18, 2025 council meeting minutes and payment of city funds. That motion also passed unanimously.
