Williston approves two Flex PACE buydowns and funds 34 community enhancement projects

Nelson also presented two Flex PACE buydown requests: JAK Rental Holdings LLC for affordable 4‑plex housing at several addresses with a buydown not to exceed $53,000, and Shift Services for an expansion to add hydro‑vac services with a buydown not to exceed $53,000. The commission approved both Flex PACE requests and adopted the 2025 Community Enhancement awards list by unanimous vote (motions by Cymbaluk; second Bervig).
