Also during the meeting, Director Kevin Dulmes told the committee that county museum HVAC equipment is aging and has mechanical issues; he said staff are gathering cost estimates to replace or repair the systems. Dulmes additionally reviewed the Building Services 2024 Annual Report for the committee; the minutes record the review but no formal action on the report itself.
