Aaron Brault presented the Planning & Conservation Department's 2024 year-end report to the Sheboygan County Planning, Resources, Agriculture & Extension Committee on Feb. 11 and answered members' questions about departmental activity.
The committee considered and approved the department's fourth-quarter variance after Brault's presentation. Supervisor Stan Lammers moved to approve the variance report and Supervisor Joe Liebau Jr. seconded; the motion carried with no opposition.
Members then considered a request to release the 2025 Stewardship Grant application. Brault presented the application request; Supervisor Stan Lammers moved to approve releasing the application, Supervisor John Nelson seconded, and the motion carried with no opposition.
Brault also provided department updates, including the annual tree sale and the status of the new Household Hazardous Waste building. No further committee action was recorded on those updates.
