Mayor Eloy Brazil reported that tenant Jana Sinclair may be vacating the municipal court building and described next steps for a potential new lease. Mayor Brazil told Ms. Werhane that when Miss Sinclair gives up the rental, the vacancy would need to be advertised to the public and that it would be appropriate to make repairs before re-renting; he noted the repairs and advertising could push occupancy into the summer months. The discussion was informational only; no motion or vote was recorded on a lease or rent reduction at the Nov. 13 meeting.
