Survey, abstract 431, containing lots 1–15, Block 1, located in Precinct 2 south of TX Hwy 199 and U.S. Hwy 281, with the southern boundary at Groveland Road in the townsite of Perrin. The court’s action records the plat approval and the naming of the two lanes for inclusion in the county’s addressing database maintained for emergency dispatch.
