The court approved a motion to disburse the total FEMA amount from fund balance: Precinct 1 will receive $107,536.32 to be placed in its special projects line; Precinct 2 will receive $339,631.81 to special projects; Precinct 3 will receive $125,095.78 to special projects; and Precinct 4 will receive $192,730.94 to be placed in its road building line. Commissioner Greg Anglin moved the amendment; Commissioner Wesley Miller seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
County officials said the amendments reflect FEMA reimbursements for work already performed and that funds will be allocated to the specified line items in each precinct’s budget. No further conditions or restrictions on the disbursements were recorded in the minutes.
