Commissioner Terry Ward seconded that motion and it passed unanimously.
The consent agenda accepted two subdivision applications: "Abel's Place Subdivision," submitted by J&A Home and Land, LLC, described in the record as 148.91 acres situated in the H. Martinez Survey, Abstract No. 282 in Precinct 1; and "Coyote Meadows Estate," submitted by Taylor Crooks, described as 41.44 acres in the J.A. McKinney Survey, Abstract No. 1145 in Precinct 2. The record also shows the court reviewed and accepted the Tax Assessor/Collector reports for July 2025.
