Town Administrator Lynn Jones told the Selectmen that Kringle’s Enterprises submitted amended building plans that replace the previously approved second‑floor storage with basement storage while keeping the building footprint unchanged; the Board decided to issue an amendment to the existing approved building permit rather than require a new application.
The Board agreed to move regular Selectmen meetings to the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 4:00 PM, beginning with the July 28, 2026 meeting; Administrative Assistant Amanda Gagnon will confirm Selectman Munro’s availability and post the change at Post Offices, Town Hall and on the town website.
Selectman Vicki Garland moved to approve the Selectmen minutes from June 24, 2026; Selectman Gene Chandler seconded. Roll call recorded Gene G. Chandler — yes; Vicki L. Garland — yes; Ron T. Munro — absent. With no further business the meeting adjourned at 4:35 PM. The minutes list a series of permits approved on June 30 and July 8, 2026, including construction renewals, deck permits, sign permits, Kringle’s Enterprises amendment of construction, and several denial letters and routine correspondence.
