City staff said the NAB board will cover the county's cost to sweep the added area once a week; the agreement formalizes that arrangement and the mayor was authorized to sign. Commissioner Bobrowski moved to appoint Sarah Colson to the Special Events Committee in her absence; the motion was seconded and approved without objection.
Both items were presented as standard agreements or appointments and passed by unanimous voice vote.
