Superintendent outlines regional custodial training, board restructuring and summer programs

The superintendent said a feedback form for a board handbook will be circulated in advance and asked members to watch for it.
The superintendent also said the district’s summer extended-year services and enrichment programming will begin after the July 4 holiday, including tutoring and other student supports.
The board raised a question about whether newly adopted policies had been uploaded to the online policy book; the superintendent confirmed the new cell-phone policy was posted and offered to check remaining policies if members provide a list.
The update was informational; no formal board action was required.
