Commissioner Karl Shuck volunteered to serve as the city's primary representative and was appointed by motion and unanimous vote. City Manager Rudometkin said he would serve as needed if appointees could not attend.
Bing Grant — Daetwyler Shores: The Council considered a Bing Beautification grant request from the Daetwyler Shores Association to fund entrance landscaping, with a total project cost of $2,998.48. City staff explained the City's reimbursement would be capped at 50% of the final project cost and not to exceed $1,499.24 because the City's portion is under the single-bid threshold. Commissioner Bobby Lance moved to accept the Bing grant up to 50% ($1,499.24) for District 4; Commissioner Jim Partin seconded and the motion passed unanimously, 6–0. The minutes note the applicant plans volunteer labor and the project may include rubber mulch and lighting repair; the City also has a pending Bing Grant request for the Regal Landing Wall.
