Commissioners on March 4 approved a site plan for The Bear at Dome Lanes to build an 18-hole miniature golf course and fence at 801 University Drive. Property owners Alan Marriott and Matthew Marineau presented the Oct. 21, 2025 site plan and answered commissioner questions. City reviewers — Public Works/City Engineer Miller (review recorded), Building Inspector Curt Demlow, Water/Wastewater Operations Manager Howard and Fire Chief Heckel — had signed off on the plan.
On motions by Commissioner Heraly (moved) and Commissioner Lang (seconded), commissioners concurred to approve the site plan as presented and authorized Building Inspector Curt Demlow to issue a building permit for work in the B-3 Community Business District.
