Minong board postpones vote on police body cameras after cost review

Board members asked whether the contract could be three years rather than five, whether prepayment would lower costs and whether paying the full amount up front would be cheaper. The clerk said she would contact Lucas Shepard so he would have information available for the May meeting. Dean Patrick moved to postpone consideration until May 11; Christine Holland seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
