"Our ARPA funds, the county has chosen to invest its $20,000,000 into maintaining, and preserving the lifespan of our county assets," Minder said. He described the change order as addressing minor work missed in earlier phases and doing additional work at the base of the courthouse before winter, and estimated the change order at approximately $23,000.
A commissioner moved approval of the change order and the Chair seconded. The clerk called the roll; the motion carried 2-0, with one commissioner absent for a planned absence. The commission did not record further debate or amendments on the change order during the meeting.
The special meeting began at 11:05 a.m. and adjourned at 11:08 a.m. The commission also approved the meeting agenda and the consent calendar by voice roll calls earlier in the session.
