A committee member explained those liens may affect the town's ability to recoup expenses the town advanced in securing the property, and staff said they would confirm whether expenses tied to liens could be reimbursed.
Staff said they will continue to follow up with the auction firm and closing companies, update the town's tally sheet and bring payout recommendations back to the board. The board did not take a final vote on whether to accept a partial payout at the meeting.
