Resident urges equal treatment after paving work; staff reports targeted repairs and bids

On infrastructure repairs, staff described a change order requested to address undermining in ditches on Lake Street and Florida Heights and said funds were available to pay for the specific section under complaint; staff expected that portion of the street work to be completed by the end of the month.
Council did not take a formal vote on contractor payment at the meeting; staff said they would follow up with field visits and further documentation to resolve outstanding paving concerns.
