Chief Jones also said the Stephens City Volunteer Fire Department sent seven members and two boats to the Hampton Roads area to assist during Hurricane Dorian. He announced an Open House for Fire Prevention Week on Oct. 19; the event will include a pancake breakfast from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
