The Myersville Planning Commission approved the Meadowridge Knoll Section II final plat and adopted the July 1, 2025 meeting minutes at its Aug. 5, 2025 meeting at Myersville Town Hall.
Planning Commissioner Joshua Buemi moved to approve the Meadowridge Knoll Section II final plat “as presented.” Planning Commissioner Michelle Sweet seconded; the motion carried 3-0 with one member absent (R. Kundrick). Buemi made the same motion and Sweet seconded to approve the July 1 meeting minutes; that motion also carried 3-0 with one absent.
Wayne Creadick Jr. presented a Mayor and Council briefing and Planning and Zoning Administrator Brandon Boldyga presented a staff briefing; the minutes record that those briefings were given but do not include substantive detail. The minutes show no general commissioner comments and no general citizen comments were recorded during the meeting.
Planning Commissioner Mari Beth Schmersahl moved to adjourn the meeting; Planning Commissioner Michelle Sweet seconded. The motion to adjourn carried 3-0 with one member absent, and the meeting adjourned at 8:01 p.m.
