The New Windsor Town Council recorded a series of unanimous actions at the Dec. 16 work session:
• Approval of minutes: Councilmember Connor Frock moved to approve the Nov. 20, 2024 meeting minutes; Councilmember Kevin Cornick seconded and the motion passed 5-0.
• Ordinance adoption: Council accepted Ordinance 11-20-24 (Developer Rights and Responsibilities Agreement) on a motion by Councilmember Dave Hoffman, seconded by Councilmember Kimberlee Schultz; vote 5-0.
• Hillside well generator: Council authorized purchasing and installing a used generator for the Hillside well (vendor noted as Rodkey and Electric), not to exceed $22,850, on a motion by Councilmember William Holl, seconded by Councilmember Kevin Cornick; vote 5-0.
• Resolution 12-16-24: Council approved a resolution permitting Town Clerk/Treasurer Dana Mangus to sign documents for the property at 1321 New Windsor Road; Councilmember Kimberlee Schultz moved, Councilmember Dave Hoffman seconded; vote 5-0.
• Closed session: At 7:23 p.m. Councilmember Kevin Cornick moved to go into closed session, seconded by Councilmember William Holl; the motion passed 5-0.
The minutes record no resident concerns and list upcoming meetings on Jan. 2 and Jan. 21.
