Public Works Director Myers updated the New Windsor Town Council on several ongoing and recently completed projects during the May 19, 2025 work session.
Myers reported that paving and fence installation at the Blue Ridge Pump Station are complete and that a walkthrough for substantial completion is scheduled for May 20. He said crews repaired a water leak and replaced a lateral on New Windsor Road as part of booster-station line work. At Lions Club Park a meter pit was installed and a water leak was repaired, but Myers noted interior work remains before the site can be rented. At the Atlee Sewer Station grading is finished and electrical conduit has been installed to support control repairs. Myers also reported the War Memorial is scheduled to be repaired and pointed on May 20.
These updates were presented as operational reports; the minutes do not record separate motions or votes tied to the individual project items.
