Mayor Neal C. Roop and Town Attorney Ostrander reviewed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) concerning redevelopment of 211 High Street at the Feb. 18 Town Council work session. The minutes record that a draft MOU is expected to be presented to the council for the March Town Council meeting.
