Chair Chris Griffin called the Town of Bogue Planning Board to order at 6:00 p.m. on March 6, 2025, and Clerk Shawne Southard confirmed a quorum with members JoAnn Parker and David Morris present. Members Robert O’Chat and Mike Panzarella were absent.
Member David Morris moved to accept the meeting agenda; Member JoAnn Parker seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Chair Griffin then moved to accept the December 5, 2024 minutes as written; Parker seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
Clerk Shawne Southard administered the oath swearing Chair Chris Griffin into another three-year term.
During the planner report, Clerk Southard said she had approved three permits administratively: a new single-family house at 121 Pine Needle Circle, a new single-family house at 141 Millicent Court, and an accessory building at 121 Honeys Way.
