• Proclamation honoring Tracie Jenkins (Gaston County Schools): Motion by Marsha Miskelly, seconded by Leigh Anna Helms. Carried 5–0 (SEG 035–037).
• Change authorized signers for Recreation Department sidewalk account: Motion by Brendan Sweeney, seconded by Chase Hannifin. Carried 5–0 (SEG 063–065).
