At the June 2 meeting, guest Jon Buschbaum requested a preliminary hearing on behalf of Tracy Orkins for a proposed subdivision and sought a waiver of a wetland delineation requirement, saying the proposed building area meets setback requirements and will not encroach on mapped wetlands.
The board did not rule on the waiver request at the meeting. Members asked Buschbaum to provide all supporting materials to Secretary Vickie Williams by June 15 so the board can process and publicize a hearing slot for the July Planning Board meeting. No formal vote or permit decision was recorded; the item remains pending submission of the requested information.
The board emphasized that documentation submitted for the public hearing should show setbacks and wetland boundaries to allow the board and abutters to evaluate whether a delineation waiver is appropriate.
