Following the closed-session period, a motion to nominate Josh Wolfe Mallow to the Town Council was made and seconded; Councilmember Connor Frock recorded the second and the council approved the appointment by a 4-0 vote. Mayor Cornick then administered the oath of office to Josh Wolfe Mallow, who was sworn in as a member of the New Windsor Town Council.
