Town of Mountain Board of Review convenes, clerk says interim revaluation completed; Open Book set for Oct. 2

The Town of Mountain Board of Review convened at 6:00 p.m. Sept. 18, 2024, at the Town Office under Wisconsin statute WI SS 70.47(1), according to minutes prepared by Clerk/Treasurer Lynn Kauzlaric.
Clerk/Treasurer Lynn Kauzlaric reported that an interim revaluation has been completed and that notices were mailed by Assessor Zillmer to property owners. Kauzlaric verified the meeting notice had been posted on Sept. 9, 2024.
The board set an Open Book session for Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Town Office, 13503 Weller Road, Mountain, to allow property owners to review assessments. The Board of Review was scheduled to reconvene on Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2024, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the same location.
During roll call the minutes record that Supervisor Carey Mielke, Supervisor O'Barski and Clerk/Treasurer Lynn Kauzlaric were present; Chair Maletzke and Assessor Zillmer were absent. The minutes note zero members of the public in attendance.
Supervisor O'Barski moved to adjourn; the motion was seconded by Supervisor Carey Mielke and the motion carried. The minutes record the meeting adjourned at 6:02 p.m.
