The Mukwonago Plan Commission voted May 12 to approve a certified survey map for the McAdams properties that combines certain lots and dedicates a 66-foot public right-of-way adjacent to Meacham Street and Pleasant Lane (parcels MUKV1976146, MUKV1976143, MUKV1976980). Planning staff said the action cleans up older platting where right-of-way extents were unclear and establishes the corridor needed for future development and lane extensions.
Staff noted the CSM follows earlier discussion tied to an earlier (now defunct) project and would enable access to a large rear lot near the Canadian National Railroad tracks. Commissioners requested a map, which staff displayed, and discussed how the dedication would clarify property lines. The commission moved to approve PC resolution 2026-34 and the motion carried on a voice vote.
The approval authorizes the lot combination and right-of-way dedication described in the CSM. Staff said further development proposals on the newly configured lots will go through standard review processes.
