Planner (staff) told the commission the CSM carves up the lot and dedicates a public right of way intended to allow a future roadway extension to Maple Avenue, and that staff reviewed the submittal and recommended approval.
"Staff is recommending approval of the CSM," the Planner (staff) said, noting the applicant submitted a revised CSM the afternoon of the meeting with only minor changes. Commissioners asked procedural questions and had no outstanding objections. Chair called for the motion; a commissioner moved to approve PC resolution 2026-33 and the commission carried the motion by voice vote.
The approval authorizes the lot reconfiguration and formal dedication of the right of way described in the resolution. The Planner (staff) said further development, including review of future tenants or occupancy, will be handled through the standard permit and occupancy process.
The commission took no additional conditions beyond staff comments noted in the packet. The commission did not record a roll-call tally; the approval was recorded on a voice vote.
