Becky Thornton presented the application on behalf of the property owners and explained the floor plan. The commission held a public hearing on the proposal; commissioners asked no substantive questions and Mr. Moskowitz moved to close the hearing, Mrs. Lynn seconded, and the hearing was closed at 5:04 p.m. In new business Mrs. Hall moved to approve the application as meeting the regulations; Mrs. Lynn seconded and the motion carried with all in favor.
