The Lamson Farm Commission moved quickly through routine business at its March 6 meeting, unanimously approving the minutes from February 2025 and authorizing a wedding rental for Sept. 5.
Tom Wahle moved to accept the Feb. 2025 minutes "as written" and the motion carried with all in favor. The minutes were recorded as submitted by Anna Szok.
A rental request from the Hagerty family for Sept. 5 (expected attendance ~60 cars) was discussed; commissioners raised parking concerns and recommended coordination with Mont Vernon police. Tom Wahle moved to approve the event, Earle Rich seconded, and the motion passed with all in favor.
Action items recorded: Tom Wahle will act as liaison to NRPC for mapping work; Wayne Sleeper will serve as liaison with the alarm company; Anna Szok will post minutes to the town website. The commission set its next meeting for April 3, 2025, when officers will be elected.
