He said use tax receipts have risen in the first quarter, enabling the city to account for the additional $41,394.
Council approved first and second reading by title only and adopted Bill 26-09 as Ordinance No. 2162 following a roll-call vote. The amendment aligns the city’s budget with the interlocal agreement and the proposed contract work.
