The chair said the decision left "essentially 0 money on the table."
Greg, speaking for the city monitoring team, gave a financial breakdown updated to Dec. 9: city project expenditures of $7,610,615.07; small-business subrecipient expenditures of $3,127,800.48; nonprofit subrecipient expenditures of $5,113,877.80; total expenses $15,852,293.35, representing 72.9% of the city's ARPA award. Greg said UHY will continue monitoring draw requests and working with city staff to ensure draws meet SLFRF compliance and reporting requirements.
No formal motions or amendments were made regarding the fire substation purchase at this meeting. The task force adjourned at 11:24.
