Greenfield Selectboard approves consent agenda, discusses Meeting House rental policy and Oak Park donation

During the work session the board discussed the feasibility of creating a revolving fund for Meeting House rental receipts and reviewed current distributions of rental funds sent to the Oak Park Committee. Board members noted recurring trash left after rentals and directed that future rental contracts must emphasize a 'trash out' policy and include a plan for building checks after events. The board also discussed a donor’s intent that an Oak Park donation be used only for the Oak Park kitchen and authorized the Greenfield Firefighter’s Association fundraiser to sell printed bricks.
The board confirmed a follow-up meeting with the Gulf Road logger for June 3, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. Later in the meeting Selectman George Rainier moved to adjourn, Selectman Michael Borden seconded, and the motion carried 3-0; the meeting adjourned at 7:37 p.m.
