Peculiar honors police promotions and lifesaving response

According to the written account read into the record, Officer Volkman administered Narcan, both officers provided airway positioning and monitoring, and West Baccalaire Fire Protection District personnel assumed medical care; staff said the patient may have died but for the officers’ actions.
