No formal dollar amount for the contract was presented at the hearing.
The board's action authorizes staff to negotiate and prepare the BOT contract for later review and signature; commissioners indicated the county will use its established template for BOT agreements. The procurement recommendation and public hearing record will be incorporated into the contract development process.
