Aldermen discussed preferences for a line-item workshop and settled on a June 8 meeting from 5–7 p.m. to allow detailed review. The board noted scheduling constraints and the possibility of extending or adding a second session if needed.
The board asked staff to prepare a table or packet for the workshop to improve continuity and to consider earlier start times to accommodate schedules. The workshop was scheduled by motion and carried by voice vote; staff will post the meeting notice per Open Meetings requirements.
