The Livermore City Council on July 13 adopted a resolution consolidating compensation terms for executive management and confidential employees and approved targeted adjustments recommended by staff.
Acting Administrative Services Director Kristen Hilton summarized the plan and said it consolidates previously approved salary and benefit adjustments and adds two specific changes: an increase in the monthly vehicle allowance for designated department heads from $250 to $350 and police chief eligibility for post-certification pay, retroactive to July 1, 2025.
No members of the public spoke on the item. Council member Barrientos moved adoption of the resolution and Council member Dunbar seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
