The town engineer reviewed SWPPP material and offered comments; board members said those engineering items can be resolved in the permitting process and included a performance bond as part of the conditions. Screening along the property line must be preserved or replaced if trees fail; the applicant agreed to plant screening on its property if neighbor trees fall.
The board’s motion incorporated zoning board conditions, engineer requirements for fill and grading, and the performance bond; the special permits and amendment were approved by voice vote.
