Poplar Bluff council adopts property-tax levy and several ordinances and resolutions
Summary

- Resolution 20-39: Resolution calling for a public hearing on annexation of property located at 123 Market Lane (owned by Karen and Dennis Hast). Roll call recorded six yes votes; resolution adopted.
In each roll call recorded in the transcript, the recorded yes votes were cast by Councilman Boyer, Councilwoman Horton, Councilman Massingham, Councilman DePue, Mayor Pro Tem Parson, and Mayor Cornman. Several workshop items (appointments and contracts) were moved to the September 3 voting session for formal action.
