Hillsborough Conservation Commission flags wetland and drainage concerns for proposed five‑lot subdivision at 109 Jones Road

Jim Riddle moved to authorize Vice‑Chair James McDonough or his designee to provide comments and to speak on behalf of the HCC to the Planning Board on these conservation issues; Jim Narloch seconded. The motion passed 5-0 after Chair Richard Head recused himself and left the meeting at 7:45 p.m.
The commission’s authorization gives the Planning Board a conservation perspective from the HCC focused on wetlands, stormwater management, wildlife connectivity and slope/geomorphology concerns; the minutes do not record specific technical recommendations or final comments, and the body did not take a formal vote to oppose the subdivision.
