At its Oct. 14 meeting, the Hillsborough Conservation Commission unanimously approved the minutes of its Sept. 23, 2025 meeting.
Member Jim Riddle moved to approve the minutes; member Roger Shamel seconded and the motion passed 6‑0.
Recording Secretary John P. Segedy reviewed correspondence, saying the commission's NH Public Deposit Investment Pool (NHPDIP) balance stood at $273,813.91. Segedy also noted a town budget worksheet that will be discussed at the commission's next meeting. Segedy reported that the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services issued an approval of a Solid Waste Facility Permit‑by‑Notification for the Hillsborough Transfer Station at 44 Municipal Drive (map/lot M 11O, L 174).
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m. after a motion by Jim Riddle, seconded by Roger Shamel, which passed 6‑0.
