During the meeting the board moved and approved the consent agenda after Member Hough requested that the personnel report be pulled for separate consideration. The personnel report was then taken up, one member announced they would abstain, and the board approved the personnel report by roll call.
A separate motion to purchase secure-entry furniture was made and seconded; the board voted to approve the purchase as presented. The board also considered administrative procedures for reallocation and disposal of materials at Perry Elementary; administrators said the procedures are public so the community can see how materials will be redistributed and noted a contingency if the building sells earlier than planned. Trustees voted to approve those procedures as presented.
All motions were approved by roll call during the meeting.
